4 Key Reference
Display Line
On Off
Activates an adjustable horizontal line that is used as a
visual reference line. The line, which can be used for trace
arithmetic, has amplitude values that correspond to its
vertical position when compared to the reference level. The
value of the display line appears in the active function block
and on the left side of the display. Use the arrow keys,
knob, or numeric keypad to adjust the display line. Pressing
any digit, 0 through 9, on the numeric keypad brings up the
selected terminator submenu.

Limits Accesses softkeys that allow you to control and define the
parameters of limit lines.

Limit 1
Limit 2
selects either of the available limits. The Limit 1 and
Limit 2 keys access softkeys to set parameters for the
selected limit.

Type
Upper lower
defines the limit to be edited as an upper
or lower limit. An upper limit will
indicate a fail if trace 1 exceeds this limit.
A lower limit will indicate a fail if trace 1
falls below the limit.
Key access:
> Limits > Limit 1/2
Limit
On Off
Toggles the limit line function to on or
off. The limit points must exist before the
limit function can be turned on. Either
Limit or Margin, as well as Test , must be
turned on for a limit test. Limit points
must be defined before the Limit function
can be turned on.
