Allows you to control a time delay during which the N8201A will wait to begin a sweep after
receiving an external or line trigger signal. You can use negative delay to pre-trigger the
instrument.
Trigger Delay is not available in Free Run, so turning Free Run on turns off Trigger Delay, but
preserves the value of Trigger Delay.
