Example:
CALC:MARK2:DELT:CENT sets the center frequency to the value of the delta marker
center frequency of marker 2.
Mkr->Ref Lvl
Sets the reference level to the amplitude value of the active marker, moving the marked
point to the reference level (top line of the graticule).

The reference level range is limited by the input attenuator setting, the maximum mixer
level, the preamp setting, etc.

Example:
CALC:MARK2:RLEV sets the reference level of the N8201A to the amplitude of
marker 2.
