Microsoft recommends the following to ensure the instrument's Windows XP
operating system is protected:
• Use an internet firewall.
• Get the latest critical Windows updates.
• Use up-to-date antivirus software.
To check the status or make changes in the security settings for your instrument,
open the Windows Security Center, click Start, Control Panel, and then click
Security Center.
NOTE The window may look slightly different on your instrument.
