Network Analyzer Family Configuration Guide Use this guide when ordering the Agilent Network Analyzer.
Configuration Information The Network Analyzer family consists of four hardware analysis platforms: the Network Analyzer, Distributed Network Analyzer (DNA), Distributed Network Analyzer MX (DNA MX) and Distributed Network Analyzer ME (DNA ME). The last of these has built-in NDISbased LAN interfaces and the remaining three accept a range of line interface modules (LIMs), which are completely interchangeable.
Network Analyzer Software provides the following functions: • It controls the J6800A Network Analyzer, J6801A Distributed Network Analyzer and J6802A Distributed Network Analyzer MX hardware analyzers to provide testing on any of the available LAN or WAN LIMs (WAN includes ATM) and it controls the J6805A Distributed Network Analyzer ME to provide testing on its NDIS-based test interfaces.
