Technical data

This command uses two parameters. The first parameter sets the minimum or
maximum jitter curve type. The second parameter enables or disables the jitter
curve, specified in the first parameter.
For example; the following command shows how to enable minimum jitter curve:
MEAS:JTOL:CHAR(*):PAR:SEAR:CURV:ENAB MIN, ENB
This query returns the present state (enabled/disabled) of the specified jitter curve.
MEAS:JTOL:CHAR(*):PARameter:SEARch:CURVe:DATA[?]
MEAS:JTOLerance:CHAR(*):PARameter:SEARch:CURVe:DATA MIN | MAX,
(<NR3>, <NR3>, …)
MEAS:JTOL:CHAR(*):PAR:SEAR:CURV:DATA? MIN | MAX
This command sets the minimum or maximum jitter curve data.
This command uses two parameters. The first parameter is used to specify the
jitter curve type (MIN/MAX) for which the data need to be set. The second
parameter specifies the jitter curve data which uses a comma-separated list of
jitter frequencies (Hz) and associated jitter amplitudes (UI), for example, (1e3, 0.05,
2e4, 0.004, … ).
For example; the following command shows how to set minimum jitter curve data:
MEAS:JTOL:CHAR(*):PAR:SEAR:CURV:DATA MIN, (1e3, 0.05, 2e4, 0.004, … )
This query returns a comma-separated list of the specified jitter curve data.
MEAS:JTOL:CHAR(*):PARameter:SEARch:CURVe:PLOT?
MEAS:JTOL:CHAR(*):PAR:SEAR:CURV:PLOT? MIN | MAX
This query returns a comma-separated list of jitter frequencies (Hz) and associated
jitter amplitudes (UI) for a specified jitter curve type (MIN/MAX).
