This command specifies the start frequency, the stop frequency, and the number
of steps to be used for a Jitter Tolerance Characterization measurement. The
frequency unit is Hz.
The individual frequencies are automatically calculated in logarithmically
equidistant steps. They are returned by the MEAS:JTOL:CHAR(*):PAR:FLIS? query.

numbers of received bits/errors (ABSolute). In both cases, additional parameters
must be specified.
The query returns the present setting, CLEV or ABS.
