Returns the measurement state:
• PROGram: Measurement not yet started, parameters can be changed.
• RUNNing: Measurement running, no parameters can be changed.
• FINished: Measurement completed. Similar to PROGram state, results can be
queried.
• ABORted: Measurement was aborted.
• ERRor: The measurement has stopped due to an error. Use the query
MEAS:SYSTem:ERRor? to get a description of the error.

This query returns the number of measured points in integer format (NR1). The
number is continually updated until the measurement has finished.
