be generated by autoalign, threshold center, or datadelay center functions. The
message is returned as an unquoted string.

This is a query command that searches for the value of data amplitude that puts
the 0/1 threshold level midway between the upper and lower bounds at which the
error ratio exceeds the threshold value set by the :EYE:THReshold command.
If the result is not available or the search was unsuccessful, then the number 9.91E
+37 (Not-A-Number, NAN) will be returned.
