DL1 provides a delay of up to 220 ps.
DL2 provides a delay of up to 610 ps. This delay line can be used for data rates
up to 3.5 GBit/s.
That means, the command SOURce8:CONF DL2 returns an error if the data rate
is above 3.5 GBit/s.
The query returns the present setting (DL1 | DL2).
