Technical data
default deviation value. For more information on DOWNspread, UPSPread and
CENTerspread deviations, refer J-BERT N4903B User's Guide.
The Up-spread and Down-spread deviation has a range of 0.5% while the Center-
spread deviation offers a range of 0.5% peak, which results in effective deviation
of ±0.5% (or 1% peak to peak).

SOUR9:SSCL:DEV:PROF: TRIangular | ARBitrary
This command controls the profile of the Spread Spectrum Clocking. The triangular
profile is the default profile. However, if you select arbitrary profile, a waveform is
stored into a modulation memory. The modulated data/clock follows the profile
specified in the waveform file.

SOURce9:SSCLocking:DEViation:SHAPe [?]
SOUR9:SSCL:DEV:SHAP? "Filename"
Usually a text (.TXT) file. This file puts all of the data points in a single column,
with a carriage-return/line-feed after each value. If you read the file in Excel, the
data points will be in column A, and that column may be several thousand points
in length. The value range of the specified points is -1.0 up to +1.0. If a higher value
is contained in the .TXT file it will be clipped to the corresponding maximum, -1.0
or 1.0. The maximum numbers of points that can be contained in the waveform file
are 16384 (16k). If more points are specified in the waveform file only the first 16384
(16k) points are taken into account. If less points are specified the number of points
will be expanded to 16384 (16k) internally. The values between specified points
are interpolated.
