Version 1.1 is valid in 2 Channel mode and De-empasis mode. In multiplexer mode
the sequence and block specification for Data Out will only be used, multiplexed
and distributed to both channels automatically.

Language version to allow future extensions. If no version is entered, version 1.0
is assumed.
