interface.
The source is specified with the :MEASure:SOURce command or with the
optional parameter following the command.
The :MEASure:HISTogram commands only apply to Meas Histogram math

<source> { FUNCtion<N> | WMEMory<N> | HISTogram}
<N> An integer, 1 - 4.
Example This example places into the Measurements tab the maximum value of the
histogram stored in WMEMory1.
myScope.WriteString ":MEASure:HISTogram:MAX WMEMory1"
Query :MEASure:HISTogram:MAX? [<source>]
The :MEASure:HISTogram:MAX? query returns the measurement of the
maximum value of the histogram.
Returned Format
[:MEASure:HISTogram:MAX]<value>[,<result_state>]<NL>
<value> The maximum value of the histogram.
<result_state> If SENDVALID is ON, the result state is returned with the measurement
result. Refer to the MEASure:RESults command, for a list of the result
states.
Example This example returns the maximum value of the current histogram and
prints the result to the computer's screen.
myScope.WriteString ":SYSTem:HEADer OFF" ' Response headers off.
