To remove and replace the acquisition boards/backplane/optional MSO assembly

Remove the two M4 screws from top of the backplane board and two M4 screws
from the rear of the instrument as shown below. The bottom photo shows the
rear screws with the optional MSO assembly.

Ensure all cables are disconnected from the backplane board. (You will need
to look from both the top and bottom of the oscilloscope to see them all and
reach them.)
13 Lift the entire acquisition boards/backplane/optional MSO assembly out of the
chassis (Figure 5- 33).
