Command :TRIGger:ADVanced:VIOLation:TRANsition:SOURce {CHANnel<N>}
The transition source command lets you find any edge in your waveform
that violates a rise time or fall time specification. The oscilloscope finds a
transition violation trigger by looking for any pulses in your waveform
with rising or falling edges that do not cross two voltage levels in the
amount of time you have specified.
<N> An integer, 1-4.

The query returns the currently defined transition source for the trigger
transition violation.
