This command specifies the clock source trigger level for the clock used
for the trigger setup and hold violation. The clock must pass through the
voltage level you have set before the trigger circuitry looks for a setup and
hold time violation.
<N> An integer, 1-4.
<level> A real number for the voltage level for the trigger setup and hold violation
clock waveform, and depends on the type of circuitry logic you are using.
