105971 Communication with N1265A Ultra High Current Expander / Fixture
interrupted. Connect the cable properly.
105972 N1265A Ultra High Current Expander / Fixture is turned off. Connect
the power cable properly and check the power switch.
105973 N1265A Ultra High Current Expander / Fixture can make an drain
input-output path. Multiple drain input channels cannot be specified.
105974 Same SMU cannot be specified for V Control SMU and I Control SMU
of N1265A Ultra High Current Expander / Fixture.
105975 Failed to read correction data from EEPROM of N1265A Ultra High
Current Expander / Fixture. Default values for correction data will be
applied.
105976 Over voltage is detected in Selector Output High Force, Low Force, or
Low Sense terminal of N1265A. Remove the causes of overvoltage.
