There was a problem performing a header operation on the given
file.
642 Security error; Security level cannot be decreased since instrument is
already in secure mode.
This error occurs when trying to change the security level to a
less secure one and instrument is already in secure mode. The level
in secure mode can only be increased.
645 License specification error; {name}
The file may be corrupt or the firmware may need to be upgraded to
understand the license specification.
648 Waveform Optimized For Different Platform; File {name} is currently
optimized for a different platform. It can be played on this platform,
but may not have the same performance characteristics as it was
designed to have.

time alignment could be off or channel optimization (compensation
for the 2,1 Mhz baseband filter on an E4438C for instance) could be
completely inappropriate and actually make the performance worse
than if there was no correction at all.
700 State Save Recall Error; Attempt to delete a non-saved state register.
Delete register ignored.
States that have not been saved cannot be deleted.
700 State Save Recall Error; Cannot recall the User Preset State.
The instrument could not recall the User Preset State, possibly
because it was deleted. Save a new User Preset State.
700 State Save Recall Error; Could not save last state file. Setting to
Power On Preset.
The instrument could not save the last state file, so the power-on
behavior has been set to Power On Preset.
700 State Save Recall Error; Failed to recall the instrument state. {name}
