517 Calibration failure; Cal aborted by user.
While executing the internal I/Q calibration, either a DCAS was
sent over the GPIB, or the Abort key on the front panel was
pressed.
517 Calibration failure; Cannot interpolate the value %1.9e with index
array {name}. Index array vals must be sorted in increasing order.
The specified calibration files have not been properly initialized.
Report this error to the nearest Agilent Technologies sales and
service office
517 Calibration failure; DCFM DC overrange.
The instrument was unable to perform a DCFM or DCFM calibration due
to the input signal being outside of the offset range that can be
calibrated for.
517 Calibration failure; The index and data array sizes do not match.

A failure has occurred during execution of the internal I/Q DC
calibration. Please check the IQ Mux hardware.

The file containing the calibration values could not be accessed.
This may be caused by faulty motherboard flash but can also be the
result of a configuration failure during a firmware upgrade or
motherboard replacement.
