15 >= TGSN + TGL2 + TGD TGD parameter is set to Undefined or 0. TGPL1
* 15 >= TGSN + TGL1
TGPL1 is the duration of transmission gap pattern 1. The gap
pattern consists of TGSN, TGD, TGL1 and TGL2. The gap pattern can't
be generated if the TGPL1 value is too short. TGPL1 should meet the
condition as below; TGD parameter is not set to Undefined or 0.
TGPL1 * 15 >= TGSN + TGL2 + TGD TGD parameter is set to Undefined
or 0. TGPL1 * 15 >= TGSN + TGL1

TGPL2 is the duration of transmission gap pattern 2. The gap
pattern consists of TGSN, TGD, TGL1 and TGL2. The gap pattern can't
be generated if the TGPL2 value is too short. TGPL2 should meet the
condition as below; TGD parameter is not set to Undefined or 0.

-221 Settings conflict; The TrCH must be selected in Data on DPDCH or Msg
Data physical channel setup.
The TrCH isn't selected in DPDCH(Msg Data) physical channel setup
in spite of 3GPP Uplink AWGN Eb Ref(E ref) refers to DCH(RACH). Set
TrCH as the data type.

-221 Settings conflict; Turn on channel #{value} caused the puncture rate
to exceed the maximum specified rate for at least one transport
channel. Transport channel #{value} has been turned off.
The puncture rate of each TrCH should be smaller than 60%, which is
displayed on UI screen as "Max Puncture" value. Max Puncture is
calculated as (1 - Puncturing Limit) * 100. Puncturing Limit is
defined at 3GPP STD TS 125 331. In this case, data bits number
before rate matching is increased because of TrCH addition, and
symbol rate of physical channel is not changed. So puncture rate is
