Message Part is set to off. To avoid this, set the Message Part to
be on.
-221 Settings conflict; 3GPP Uplink PRACH Msg Pwr can be set only when
Total is selected as PowerSetUpMode. Pp-m can be set only when Pp-m is
selected.
3GPP Uplink PRACH Msg Pwr can be set only when Total is selected as
Power SetUp Mode. Pp-m can be set only when Pp-m is selected as
Power SetUp Mode.
-221 Settings conflict; 8757D system mode does not support the following
command: {name}
The instrument is connected to an 8757 network analyzer in smart
mode and cannot set this feature.
-221 Settings conflict; A change in the clock rate has caused the skew to
be outside the valid range. The skew has been set to zero.
When the frequency is changed and the skew setting is to high or
too low for the new frequency, this error is generated to report
that the skew has been re-set to zero.
-221 Settings conflict; All channels are off. Could not perform operation.
This error is reported when an attempt is made to balance powers
when all channels are off.
-221 Settings conflict; All timeslots with the payload (E) fields set to
EXT have been reset to PN9. EXT is incompatible with combined EDGE/GSM
mode.

-221 Settings conflict; ARB marker RF blanking cannot be on with pulse
modulation.
There is a hardware conflict between pulse modulation and ARB
