Communicating with the Agilent Direct Connect GPS/DR
There are two method for communicating with the Agilent
Direct connect GPS/DR:
• Connecting the serial cable’s DB9 connector to the PC’s DB9
port.
• Connecting the USB cable to the USB Upstream port.
Direct Connect Hub with Receivers
A system with two receivers is shown in Figure 10. If your
system has only one receiver, disregard all connections shown
to receiver 2.

NOTE
Users should not attempt to connect a USB cable and serial cable
simultaneously. If both are connected, the serial connection is active by
default.
