6 Get Assistance, if You Need It
With the phone on, key in the following:
1 Menu, 44, (down arrow), #, 8.
2 Use the up/down arrow keys to select TRACE.
3 Select OK.

phones. They are listed in the “Known Issues” topic in the
software’s online help. To view this topic, follow these steps:
1 Open the help as described under “Online Help" on page 124.
2 Open the Getting Started book on the help Contents tab.
3 Double-click Known Issues to open it.
