Device ID E6198B Instrument Identifier, usually the model number of the

SBIOMode 0 Specifies the I/O method used to communicate the
switchBox.
E6198B: 8 for USB.
Load Box# 0 The number of the Switch/Load Unit. A number “0”
indicates the first Switch/Load Unit, and so on.
E6198B: Load Box Number (0-7)
