Test 005: L4451A LXI Digital/Analog Converter
• This test group performs instrument self test, waits for the
instrument to complete the test, and queries the instrument for the
results.
Test 006: L453xA LXI Digitizer
• This test group consists of 3 tests. First test performs instrument
self test, waits for the instrument to complete the test, and queries
the instrument for the results.
• The second test is required only if ARB is present. The digitizer
output is connected to the ARB output and captures the output
signal properties. See Figure 4-4 below.
