IP Address
An IP address is a 32-bit numeric address expressed as four numbers separated by periods (for
example, 152.160.10.240).
GPIB SICL Interface Name
Each GPIB interface used by Keysight VISA or SICL must have an SICL Interface Name. For VXI-11
protocol, use gpib0.
USB SICL Interface Name
The default value for the USB SICL interface name is usb0.
RS-232 SICL Interface Name
The default value for the RS-232 SICL interface name is COM1. Client SICL applications will use the
full SICL name of COM1,488.
Firmware Revision
The current firmware revision on this E5810B. Refer to“Updating the E5810B firmware” on page 69
for information on updating the E5810B firmware.
Serial Number
The E5810B unique serial number is printed on a label at the bottom panel of the E5810B.
