DCFM Calibration
Description
This calibration removes all of the dc offsets associated with the FM path while in DCFM mode. This test uses
only the FM1 path to verify the functionality of the circuitry. The resulting values are stored in the signal
generator’s firmware.
Required Test Equipment
• Agilent 53132A Option 050 frequency counter
Procedure
Figure 4-17 DCFM Calibration Setup
1. Connect the equipment as shown above.
2. Preset all of the equipment.
3. Follow the instructions as they appear on the controller’s display.
