-440 Query UNTERMINATED after indefinite response
The *IDN? command must be the last query command within a command string.
Example: *IDN?;:SYST:VERS?
501 Isolator UART framing error
502 Isolator UART overrun error

SPI data error
Data error was detected during the communication between the main controller U10 and the I/O
controller U752.
511 RS-232 framing error
512 RS-232 overrun error
513 RS-232 parity error
514 Command allowed only with RS-232
There are three commands which are only allowed with the RS-232 interface: SYSTem:LOCal,
SYSTem:REMote, and SYSTem:RWLock.
521 Input buffer overflow
522 Output buffer overflow
550 Command not allowed in local
You should always execute the SYSTem:REMote command before sending other commands over the
RS-232 interface.
