B. GPIB Status Report System
When the *CLS command is executed, each bit in the Operation Status Event Register is
cleared.
When the *CLS command is executed, each bit in the Questionable Status Event Register
is cleared.

data. When measurement is completed, this bit is set to
0.

3 Sweeping Set to 1 when the E4991A is sweeping. When sweep is
completed, this bit is set to 0.
4 Measuring Set to 1 when the E4991A is measuring. When
measurement is completed, this bit is set to 0. In the
case of using the sweep averaging function, when
sweep averaging is completed, this bit is set to 0 for the
first time.
5 Waiting for Trigger Set to 1 while waiting for trigger.
6 Not used Always 0.
7 Compensating Set to 1 when the E4991A is measuring fixture
compensation data. When measurement is completed,
this bit is set to 0.
8-15 Not used Always 0.
