Description Sets the maximum value of the dc bias voltage limit when the dc bias output mode is set to
current sweep mode or fixed current source mode. This command is available when Option
001 (dc bias function) is installed.
Parameters
If the specified parameter is outside the range, the minimum (if the lower limit of the range
is exceeded) or maximum value (if the upper limit is exceeded) will be assumed.
