Description If there is an error related to port extension, aside from electrical length of the test fixture,
an offset delay time is set and compensated.
Parameters
If the specified parameter is outside the range, the minimum (if the lower limit of the range
is exceeded) or maximum value (if the upper limit is exceeded) will be assumed.
