SENS:CORR2:COLL:OPEN
Format SENSe:CORRection2:COLLect:OPEN[:STATe] {ON|OFF|1|0}
SENSe:CORRection2:COLLect:OPEN[:STATe]?
Description Turns on/off the Open compensation function. At this time, the fixture compensation
coefficient is re-calculated. If this command is executed before measuring the Open
compensation data with the
SENS:CORR2:COLL command, an error will occur and the
command will be ignored.
