Performance Test Record
Table 2-1 is a form you can copy and use to record performance
verification test results for the Switch Module. Information
concerning test limits, measurement uncertainty, and test accuracy
ratio (TAR) is provided below.
Test Limits Test limits are defined for Closed Channel Resistance Test and DC
Isolation Test using the specifications in Appendix A of the Agilent
E1463A 32-Channel Form C Switch Module User’s Manual. The
specifications are single-sided, (i.e., there is an upper limit or a lower
limit, but not both). In the Performance Test Record, the Minimum or
Maximum column will be blank.
