:SPACing
[SOURce:]SWEep:SPACing <mode> selects either linear or logarithmic
frequency sweep mode.

mode> discrete LINear | LOGarithmic none
Comments The available modes are:
LINear: Selects the linear sweep mode. The sample rate or waveform frequency
increases or decreases linearly between the start and stop frequencies selected by
[SOURce:]FREQuency[1]:STARt and STOP, or CENTer and SPAN.
LOGarithmic: Selects the logarithmic sweep mode. The sample rate or
waveform frequency increases or decreases logarithmically between the start and
stop frequencies selected by
[SOURce:]FREQuency[1]:STARt and STOP, or
CENTer and SPAN.
