Soft Front Panel Help

Unlocked Error Indicator

The Unlocked error indicator, available from the Soft Front Panel,

indicates that one of the synthesizer’s phase-locked loops is unlocked;

this Unlocked error indicator remains active until the problem is

resolved.

Indications include the following:

• Fractional-N synthesizer (Paren loop) is unlocked

• Microwave PLL is unlocked

• 10 MHz reference is unlocked

TIP To help identify any of the above unlocks:

3-113.

❏ Using the VXIplug&play commands, use the HPE6432_error_query

command.
