Variable Type ViReal64
This parameter specifies the starting frequency for the external
leveling loop configuration being calibrated.
The start frequency can not be less than 10 MHz.
stopDetFreqRangeHz
Variable Type ViReal64
This parameter specifies the stopping frequency for the external
leveling loop configuration being calibrated.
The stop frequency can not be greater than 20 GHz.
*stepFreqHz
Variable Type ViInt32
This parameter returns the number of power meter reading points
required to accomplish a linearization calibration for the external
leveling loop configuration over the defined frequency range.
Return Value
This return value always returns VI_SUCCESS.
