HPE6432_GenerateManualSyncInput

ViStatus HPE6432_GenerateManualSyncInput (ViSession

instrumentHandle);

Purpose

This function provides a way to generate a Sync In trigger through

software.

This function is used in conjunction with the Set Sync In (Source)

function; the Set Sync In (Source) function must be set to

IN_MANUAL. The proper featureBits in the HPE6432_RunList

function must also be set to allow the list to be affected by the Sync In

trigger.

Parameter List

instrumentHandle

Variable Type ViSession

This is the ViSession handle that is obtained from the Initialize

function. The instrumentHandle identifies a particular instrument

session.

Return Value

This return value always returns VI_SUCCESS.
