Source Description Source of Input Trigger
Trig In From the Trig In connector on
the hardware front panel of the
synthesizer.
FRONT_IN_POS = 24 Front Panel
Pos Edge
The trigger is asserted with a
positive edge polarity.
FRONT_IN_NEG = 8 Front Panel
Neg Edge
The trigger is asserted with a
negative edge polarity.
VXI0 = 0
VXI1 = 1
VXI2 = 2
VXI3 = 3
VXI4 = 4
VXI5 = 5
VXI6 = 6
VXI7 = 7
VXI Backplane
TTL Trigger
From any one of the
eight-shared VXI backplane
TTL triggers (TTLTRG0 -
TTLTRG7). The VXI backplane
TTL triggers follow the
Synchronous Trigger Protocol
as outlined in the VXIbus
Specification. This means that
the VXI backplane trigger line
must be asserted low for at
least 250 ns.
