When you right-click the top of a peak, the following menu appears:
The following functions are available:
Scale to Selected
Peak
Adapts the scale of the Y axis. The selected peak is displayed at
maximum height. Other peaks might be cut off.
Manually Set
Lower Marker
Makes the selected peak the lower marker.
Manually Set
Upper Marker
Makes the selected peak the upper marker.
Manually Set
Calib. Protein
(protein assays
only)
Makes the selected peak the calibration protein.
Exclude Peak Excludes the selected peak from the analysis for the sample.
