EPC7-4A : Set the Command Module’s Logical Address
Set the Command Module’s logical address to 1, 2, or 3.
Since the EPC7 is acting as resource manager and slot 0 device, its logical
address is set to 0. The Command Module has a factory default logical
address of 0 and must be changed.
