• Agilent 41000 Administration Guide (this book)
NOTE If the Agilent 41000 has been used in a clean room, take special precautions to preserve the
air purity in the clean room. Clean the tools, test equipment, replacement parts, and so on
by using the air shower to enter the clean room.
