Introduction
Measurement Units
B1530A WGFMU
This section describes typical specification of the waveform generator/fast
measurement unit (WGFMU) for Agilent B1500A. Maximum five modules can be
installed in one mainframe.
• Number of channels: 2 channels per module
• Function:
Voltage output and current or voltage sampling measurement with minimum
sampling interv
al of 5 ns
• Current measurement range: 1 μA, 10 μA, 10
0 μA, 1 mA, 10 mA
• Operation mode: PG mode, Fast IV mode, DC mode
•PG mode:
ALWG (arbitrary linear waveform generator) voltage output and voltage

easurement (
VFVM). The output voltage will be divided by the internal 50 Ω
resistor and the load impedance.
Output level: -5 V to 5 V
