If You Have a Problem
Error Codes
Agilent FLEX Execution Error
When Agilent B1500 causes errors in Agilent FLEX command execution
environment, the B1500 returns the following error code and error message.
100 Undefined GPIB command.
Send the correct command.
102 Incorrect numeric data syntax.
Correct the data syntax.
103 Incorrect terminator position.
Correct the command syntax. The number of parameters will be

104 Incorrect se
rial data syntax.
120 Incorrect parameter value.
Correct the parameter value.
121 Channel number must be 1 to 10.
Correct the channel number. The channel number must be 1 to 10 for

122 Number of channels must be corrected.
Check the MM, FL, CN, CL, IN, DZ, or RZ command, and correct the
number of channe

123 Compliance must be set correctly.
Incorrect compliance value was set. Set the compliance value correctly.
