Classic Test Definition
C-V Sweep
C-V Sweep
On the EasyEXPERT main screen, click the Classic Test tab and select the C-V
Sweep icon. The main screen displays the C-V sweep test setup screen.
For details of the measurement mode, see “C-V Sweep Measur
ement” on page 7-19.
Setup Name Used to set the name of test setup. The name must be the identification for the test
setup save
d to a My Favorite group (preset group). Enter a unique name that is
distinct from other definitions.
The name is recorded in the test result data and is used to different
iate the data in the
test record list area.
