In addition to Desktop EasyEXPERT, Agilent supplies a free setup converter
tool th
at runs on any Windows-based PC. This tool can convert 4155 and 4156
setup files (file extension MES or DAT) into equivalent Desktop EasyEXPERT
classic test mode setup files.
