Troubleshooting
This section offers suggestions for solving general problems
that you may encounter with the U2761A. It guides you on
what to check in the following situations.
• Power indicator LED is not lit.
Verify that the AC power cord is connected to the power
inlet of the U2761A.
• Power indicator LED is lit but the USB indicator LED
is not lit.
Verify that the USB cable is properly connected to the PC
and USB inlet of the U2761A.
NOTE
If there is no response from the instrument, contact the nearest Agilent
Service Center to obtain further assistance.
