SCPI Instrument Command List
Description
Use this command to set and read the data format of channels 1 and 2
when using PATTERN mode. If you dont specify a channel number in the
command, channel 1 is assumed.
Example
:DIG:SIGN:FORM NRZ
Set channel 1 data format to NRZ

*RST value
ON
Description
This command is used to turn the frontpanel display on and off.
Switching off the display improves the programming speed of the
instrument.
NOTE
*RST switches the display back on.
Example
DISP OFF
Switch off the frontpanel display
RZ Return to Zero. An RZ pulse is generated for each 1 in
the data. You can vary the width, edges and levels of the
pulse.
R1 Return to One. An R1 pulse is generated for each 0 in
the data. You can vary the width, edges and levels of the
pulse.
NRZ Non Return to Zero. A pulse of 100% dutycycle is
generated for each 1 in the data. You can vary the
edges and levels of the pulse.
