Arm Meas
Arm measurement prepares the decoder to be triggered by an incoming
signal when Single is selected. When selected, the Status: field
indicates Armed.

B/I Delay
Busy/idle delay determines the number of bits that are counted before a
busy/idle bit changes from the Idle state to the busy state. This function
is used with the WS Delay and 1stBitDly settings in the Busy/Idle
field.

SIGNALING ENCODER (Modes: AMPS-TACS, NAMP-NTAC)
Bursts
This field defines the number of times the message data is output when
Send is selected. This function only works when the Send Mode field is
set to Burst.
