8 Measure the partial noise of the spectrum.
With a sampling step of 1 nm on the OSA, check all 30 power levels
within the recorded spectrum, :
starting at OSA_

finishing at OSA_λ_center + 15 nm
without recording a value at OSA_λ_center.
Record the "partial noise power level" values in the table in [pW],
where 1 pW = 10
