PLL Reference
Set the frequency reference source for the PLL:

NTERNAL
The internal 5 MHz reference.
CLK-IN
An external reference signal at the CLOCK/REF INP. connector. You
can set the expected frequency of the external reference to 5 MHz or
10 MHz.
